  Have given them several chances to provide a minimum of average customer service and they have failed every time. First experience a year ago waited over an hour for a pizza that was supposed to be ready for pick up in 30 minutes. Second chance they got they once again took forever to get the order (2 pizzas and breadsticks) finished they also screwed up one of the pizzas (dough wasn't completely cooked). The most recent and final straw, we got a mailer for a free pizza no expiration date no mailing date but with the copyright 2017 on it, we called to use it and they are refusing to honor it even though they can't provide us with a mailing date or show us an expiration date.

  My son had a snafu with a delivery pizza, he was charged 16.50 for a large 2 topping pizza plus $3.50 for delivery last night. All total $20.46. I called, discussed it with JASON their shift manager, he credited my sons account with a free pizza. Well done Jason, Domino's kept a customer!

  I will never order from there again. Had 50% off if ordered online. Didn't ring up correctly and when I went to the store they would do nothing about it. They had them made and I told them I was buying them when it says 50%if ordered online and doesn't ring up right. Why a manager would bit help is beyond me. Never ordering from there again.
